SKMQR型潤磨機(jī) Damp Mill

潤磨機(jī)是球磨工藝中的主要設(shè)備，它處理含水量在8-13%的物料，使物料充分混合和細(xì)化，增大物料的比表面積，使用潤磨機(jī)可以縮短球團(tuán)礦的制作工藝、降低設(shè)備能耗、提高團(tuán)礦質(zhì)量和金屬回收率、改善勞動(dòng)條件和環(huán)保條件等。潤磨機(jī)與球磨機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上有三個(gè)主要差異：強(qiáng)制給料、周邊排礦、橡膠襯板。

Damp mills are the main  equipment in ball milling technology. They handle materials with water content  of 8% to 13% to fully mix and thin materials and increase specific surface area  of materials. Damp mills can shorten the fabrication process of pellet ores,  reduce energy consumption of equipment, improve the quality of agglomeration  and metal recovery rate, as well as improve labor conditions and environmental  protection conditions. There are three main differences between the damp mills  and ball mills: forced feeding, peripheral discharging, and rubber lining  board.
