CPF型引進(jìn)奧地利Andritz公司技術(shù)，廣泛應(yīng)用于精煤、尾煤、冶金污泥、選礦脫水，市政污泥，造紙，制革，化工等工業(yè)的固液分離新型設(shè)備。處理干固量；每小時(shí)每m帶寬—消化污泥0.5t/h，水泥廠料漿15t/h、市政污泥0.4t/h，尾煤回收8t/h、制革廠廢料0.25t/h、水泥廠料漿15t/h，原油回收率95%以上、冶金污泥漿3.5t/h（按CPF2000為例）。
CPF belt pressure filters employ the technology of Andritz in Austria . They are widely used for new solid-liquid separation equipment in industries such as clean coal, tailings, metallurgy sludge, beneficiation and dewatering, civil sludge, paper making, leather making, and chemicals. Handled dry solid content: Per hour per m band width - digested sludge: 0.5t/h, slurry of cement plant: 15t/h, municipal sludge: 0.4t/h, recycled tailings: 8t/h, waste material of tannery: 0.25t/h, slurry of cement plant: 15t/h, oil recovery rate: over 95%, metallurgy sludge slurry: 3.5t/h (take CPF2000 as an example).
