Dry Vibratory High Gradient Magnetic Separator
一、概述
CGSL-1000干式振動(dòng)高梯度磁選機(jī)是我國(guó)第一臺(tái)連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、干法選礦的高梯度磁選機(jī),適用于非金屬礦物(高嶺土、石英砂、長(zhǎng)石等)的干法磁選除鐵。它通過(guò)連續(xù)振動(dòng)給礦、連續(xù)振動(dòng)分選、連續(xù)振動(dòng)排礦的方式進(jìn)行非金屬礦物的提純。
干法磁選工藝是一種簡(jiǎn)單經(jīng)濟(jì)的加工工藝,非金屬礦物經(jīng)過(guò)干法磁選工藝不需要經(jīng)過(guò)濃縮、脫水和干燥程序就能成為產(chǎn)品,可以大大節(jié)省投資和生產(chǎn)成本。
1. Introduction
CGSL-1000 Dry Vibratory High Gradient Magnetic Separator is the first continuously dry-processing high gradient magnetic separator in China . It is fit for removing iron from non-metallic ores like Kaolin, Quatz and Fluorspar with dry magnetic separation. It feeds, separates and discharges continuously with vibration for purifying non-metallic ores.
Technology of dry magnetic separation is a simple but economic processing method. Non-metallic ores can become products without procedures of concentration, dewater and dry. So, it saves up investment and production cost.
二、設(shè)備構(gòu)造
干式磁選機(jī)要實(shí)現(xiàn)干法選礦,首先要解決的問(wèn)題是干礦的流動(dòng)問(wèn)題。為解決這一難題,該設(shè)備采用的了振動(dòng)給礦、連續(xù)振動(dòng)分選、振動(dòng)排出磁性物的全新思路,較為圓滿地解決了這一難題。如圖1所示,CGSL干式振動(dòng)高梯度磁選機(jī)主要由轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)、磁軛、激磁線圈、機(jī)架、轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)振動(dòng)電機(jī),給礦斗振動(dòng)電機(jī)、振動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、輪胎聯(lián)軸器、限位機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。
2. Structure
CGSL-1000 Dry Vibratory High Gradient Magnetic Separator mainly consists of separating ring, magnetic yoke, energizing coils, support frame, vibrating frame, vibrating mechanism, ring-vibrating motor, tire coupling, feed system, concentrate box, position-limit mechanism and vibrating motor for feed as shown in Fig.1
三、工作原理
干礦進(jìn)入給料系統(tǒng)后,在給礦斗振動(dòng)電機(jī)的作用下,沿上磁軛縫隙進(jìn)入分選區(qū)。轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)支撐在振動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的主振彈簧上,靠輪胎連軸器傳遞扭矩。在轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)振動(dòng)電機(jī)的作用下,轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)一邊振動(dòng),一邊連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)。轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)內(nèi)裝有磁介質(zhì)盒,磁性礦被吸附在磁介質(zhì)盒上,非磁性礦在轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)振動(dòng)力作用下穿過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán),進(jìn)入非磁性礦斗排出機(jī)外。磁性礦隨著轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)脫離磁場(chǎng),在轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)振動(dòng)力作用下脫離轉(zhuǎn)環(huán),被收集到磁性礦斗。磁性礦斗也隨轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)一起振動(dòng),從而將磁性礦排出機(jī)外。 整個(gè)分選和排礦過(guò)程都是在干式環(huán)境下進(jìn)行的。礦粉的流動(dòng)靠振動(dòng)力實(shí)現(xiàn)。
3. Principle of Operation
Dry ore is fed into the separating zone along the slots of upper magnetic yoke under the force of vibrating motor for feed from feed system. Separating ring is mounted on the main vibrating spring of the vibrating mechanism and torque is transmitted by tire coupling. The ring rotates continuously and vibrates as well by the force of vibrating motor. The magnetic particles are captured by matrix, which are mounted on the ring, and non-magnetic particles just pass through the ring and enter into tail box being discharged from the machine under the force of vibrating ring. Magnetic particles drop into the concentrate box from the separating ring under the force of vibrating ring after they go far away from magnetic field with the ring rotation. And the concentrate box also vibrates with the ring to let magnetic particles flow out of the machine. The whole course of separation and discharge is done in dry circumstance. And minerals flow by vibrating force.
