Vertical Ring and Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator
一、概述
CGSL系列立環(huán)脈動(dòng)高梯度磁選機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱CGSL強(qiáng)磁機(jī))包括CGSL-3000、CGSL-2500、CGSL-2000、CGSL-1750、CGSL-1500、CGSL-1250、CGSL-1000,CGSL-750,CGSL-500等規(guī)格,其額定背景磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度為1.0T, 適應(yīng)于-1.2毫米(-200目占30~100%)的細(xì)粒氧化鐵礦(赤鐵礦、褐鐵礦、菱鐵礦等)、錳礦、鈦鐵礦、黑鎢礦等多種弱磁性金屬礦的濕式分選和黑白鎢分離、黑鎢與錫石分離,也可用于非金屬礦如石英、長(zhǎng)石、霞石礦的除鐵等方面。其轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)立式轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),反沖精礦,并配有脈動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。它具有富集比大、分選效率高、不易堵塞、對(duì)給礦粒度、濃度和品位的波動(dòng)適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、工作可靠,操作維護(hù)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
CGSL立環(huán)脈動(dòng)高梯度中磁機(jī)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱CGSL中磁機(jī)),其額定背景磁感強(qiáng)度為0.4-0.6T,包括CGSL-1500、CGSL-1750、CGSL-2000、CGSL-2500等規(guī)格,適用于處理粒度較粗的氧化鐵礦、鈦鐵礦等中等磁性的礦石。在鞍鋼工業(yè)應(yīng)用證明,作為紅鐵礦粗粒級(jí)的拋尾設(shè)備具有處理量大、尾礦品位低、可調(diào)性好、工作穩(wěn)定、性價(jià)比高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
1. Introduction
CGSL Vertical ring and Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separators (we call CGSL VPHGMS for short below) include CGSL-3000, CGSL-2500, CGSL-2000, CGSL-1750, CGSL-1500, CGSL-1250, CGSL-1000, CGSL-750 and CGSL-500. Their rated background magnetic field is 1.0T (Tesla). They are efficient equipments for processing fine, weakly magnetic minerals, such as hematite, limonite, wolframite, ilmenite, manganese, tantalum-niobium, and it can be also applied for cleaning non-metallic minerals, such as Quartzes, Fluorspars and Nephelines. Its separating ring with matrix rotates vertically and flushing direction of magnetic products is opposite to that of feeding. A pulsating mechanism is located below the separating zone. The CGSL separator has the advantages of large beneficiation ratio, high recovery, non-blocking/plugging of the matrix, easy adaptability to different particle sizes, density and grade, good reliability, and it is convenient to operate and maintain.
CGSL Vertical ring and Pulsating Medium Intensity Magnetic Separators (we call CGSL VPMIMS for short) include CGSL-1500、CGSL-1750、CGSL-2000 and CGSL-2500. Their rated background magnetic field is 0.4-0.6T (Tesla). They are fit for processing medium magnetic materials like oxidized iron ore and ilmenite with more coarse size. The industrial application in Anshan Steel Company proves that it has the advantages of larger capacity, low tail grade, stable performance and high price-performance ratio.
二、設(shè)備構(gòu)造
如圖1所示,CGSL磁選機(jī)主要由脈動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、激磁線圈、鐵軛、轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)和各種礦斗、供水裝置等組成。
2. Structure
The CGSL separator consists mainly of the pulsating mechanism, energizing coils, magnetic yoke, separating ring, feed and product boxes as shown in Fig. 1.

三、工作原理
轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)內(nèi)裝有導(dǎo)磁不銹鋼棒或鋼板網(wǎng)磁介質(zhì)(也可根據(jù)需要充填導(dǎo)磁不銹鋼毛等磁介質(zhì))。選礦時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)作順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn),礦漿從給礦斗給入,沿上鐵軛縫隙流經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)環(huán),轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)內(nèi)的磁介質(zhì)在磁場(chǎng)中被磁化,磁介質(zhì)表面形成高梯度磁場(chǎng),礦漿中磁性顆粒被吸著在磁介質(zhì)表面,隨轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)被帶至頂部無(wú)磁場(chǎng)區(qū),用沖洗水沖入精礦斗中,非磁性顆粒沿下鐵軛縫隙流入尾礦斗中排走。
轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)立式旋轉(zhuǎn)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:如果給礦中有粗顆粒不能穿過(guò)磁介質(zhì)堆,一般會(huì)停留在磁介質(zhì)堆的上表面,即靠近轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)內(nèi)圓周,當(dāng)磁介質(zhì)堆被轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)帶至頂部時(shí),正好旋轉(zhuǎn)了180°,粗顆粒位于磁介質(zhì)的下部,很容易被精礦沖洗水沖入精礦斗。
當(dāng)鼓膜在沖程箱的驅(qū)動(dòng)下作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí),只要礦漿液面高度能浸沒轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)下部的磁介質(zhì),分選室的礦漿便作上下往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng),脈動(dòng)流體力使礦粒群在分選過(guò)程中始終保持松散狀態(tài),從而有效地消除非磁性顆粒的機(jī)械夾雜,顯著地提高磁性精礦的品位,此外,礦漿脈動(dòng)顯然對(duì)防止磁介質(zhì)的堵塞也大有好處。
為了保證良好的分選效果,使脈動(dòng)充分發(fā)揮作用,維持礦漿液面高度至關(guān)重要,該機(jī)的液位調(diào)節(jié)可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)尾礦斗下部尾礦閥、給礦量或漂洗水量實(shí)現(xiàn)。該機(jī)還有一定的液位自我調(diào)節(jié)能力,當(dāng)外部因素引起液面升高時(shí),尾礦的排放有尾礦斗下部閥門和液位斗溢流面兩種通道;當(dāng)液面較低時(shí),液位斗不排尾礦,尾礦只能從尾礦斗下部閥門排走,此外,液面較低時(shí)液面至尾礦閥的高差減小,壓力降低,尾礦流速自動(dòng)變慢。液位斗的液面與分選區(qū)的液面同樣高,它既能起到自我調(diào)節(jié)作用,又能供操作者隨時(shí)觀察液位高度。當(dāng)給礦量有20%波動(dòng)時(shí),該機(jī)靠本身的自我調(diào)節(jié)能力穩(wěn)定液位。如果給礦量的波動(dòng)很大,用戶應(yīng)在給礦前面安裝一個(gè)恒壓箱,讓多余的礦漿流回泵池或濃密池,使CGSL磁選機(jī)給礦量的波動(dòng)小于20%。
3. Principle of Operation
Along the periphery of the ring there is a number of rectangular chambers in which the matrix of the expanded metal sheets or rods made of magnetic stainless steel are placed. When the separator is in operation, the ring rotates clockwise as seen from the access side. The slurry fed from the feed box enters the ring through slots in the upper yoke. The matrix in the working zone is magnetized. The magnetized particles are attracted from the slurry onto the surface of the matrix, then brought to the top of the machine where the magnetic field is negligible, and are then flushed out into the concentrate box.
The non-magnetic particles pass through the matrix and enter the tailing box through slots in the lower yoke under the combined action of slurry pulsation, gravity and hydrodynamic drag. The pulsating mechanism drives the rubber diaphragm on the tailing box so that it moves back and forth. As long as the slurry level is adjusted to be above the fixed level in the slurry level box, kinetic energy due to the pulsation can be effectively transmitted to the separating zone.
As the flushing direction of discharging the magnetic fractions is opposite to that of the feed, relative to each matrix stack, coarse particles can be flushed out without having to pass through the entire depth of the matrix. The slurry pulsation keeps particles within the matrix in a loose suspended state all the time. The reverse flush and the slurry pulsation prevent matrix clogging. Additionally, the pulsation improves the quality of the concentrate with respect to grade.
These factors not only ensure the effective recovery of weakly magnetic particles as small as 0.01 mm, but also extend the size range of the feed material up to 1.2 mm, thus increasing the upper limit of the particle size to be treated.
