2XZ型旋片式真空泵系雙級高速直聯(lián)旋片式真空泵。本泵是用來對密封容器抽除氣體而獲得真空的基本設(shè)備，它可單獨使用，亦可作為各類高真空系統(tǒng)的前級泵和預(yù)抽泵。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

該系列泵具有低噪聲、停泵不返油、啟動容易等優(yōu)點，泵上裝有氣鎮(zhèn)閥，可抽除少量的可凝性蒸汽。本泵不能抽除含氧過高的，腐蝕性的，有爆炸性的或有毒的，以及含有顆粒塵埃的氣體，也不能作壓縮泵、輸氣泵使用。

本系列泵適用于工業(yè)部門、科研和高等院校使用，是各種真空作業(yè)系統(tǒng)不可缺少的基本設(shè)備。

2XZ Rotary-vane Vacuum Pump is a double-stage high speed direct coupled rotary-vane Vacuum pump. It is a basic device to obtain vacuum by pumping gases for sealed vessel and can be in operation alone. It also can serve as forepump and prepump. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

It features low noise, no oil return on shutdown, easy start-up and other advantages with gas ballasting valve available to remove minor condensable steam. However, it is unable to pump high oxygen , corrosive, explosive or toxic gases and grain or dust bearing gases and can’t be used as compression pump and air transmission pump.

It is suitable to be applied in industrial sectors, research institutions and institutes of higher learning and is a basic device indispensable to vacuum operation systems.
