LY型搖床是供實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展礦石可選性研究、試驗(yàn)和小型選廠等進(jìn)行重力選礦常用的設(shè)備之一。適用于細(xì)粒和微細(xì)粒稀有金屬、黑色金屬、有色金屬、貴重金屬等礦石和煤的選別。它不僅可以作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的選礦作業(yè)，亦可以與跳汰機(jī)、螺旋選礦機(jī)、離心選礦機(jī)等或其他選取礦方法配合使用。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

本設(shè)備依據(jù)入選礦物比重差和在往復(fù)不對稱運(yùn)動(dòng)并呈傾斜的床面橫向水流中的分層性能進(jìn)行選別。具有不同比重礦物在床面上分帶明顯，精礦質(zhì)量高、操作和調(diào)節(jié)方便等特點(diǎn)。

搖床面結(jié)構(gòu)有礦砂、礦泥之分，材質(zhì)分別有玻璃鋼或鋁合金。

LY Shaking Table is one of the commonly used equipment to conduct gravity concentration for feasibility study and test of ores for labs. and small beneficiation plant. It is applicable for separations of fine-grained and micro-grained rare metal, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, precious metal , coal and other minerals. It can carry out ore concentration operation independently and also can operate in conjunction with jig, screw separator, centrifugal separator and other equipment. The product is made by the only manufacturer designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

LY Shaking Table is to make separations based on the difference of specific gravity of feed materials, reciprocating asymmetrical movement and the stratification performance of the inclined table surface in the lateral water flow with obvious zone of the minerals with different specific gravities on the table, high quality of concentrates produced, convenient operation and adjustment and other features.

The table surface is constructed of ore sand or slime and is made up of glass fibre reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy.

III. General Drawing and Main Structure

本機(jī)由床頭箱，床面，機(jī)架，三個(gè)主要部分組成。

This machine mainly consists of table box, table surface, and table frame.

1、床頭箱的構(gòu)造為雙曲連桿機(jī)構(gòu)，當(dāng)偏心軸轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，帶動(dòng)連桿作上下運(yùn)動(dòng)。連桿向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，肘板張開。右方的肘板支持在與拉桿固定在一起的支座上，左方肘板則支持在可調(diào)動(dòng)的支座上(此座只限上下移動(dòng))，通過特制螺栓和支座安裝在一起。彈簧的一端套在支座上上，另端套在固定套管上的調(diào)整螺柱盤上。

1. The table box is hyperbolic link mechanism. When the eccentric shaft rotates, it drives the upward and downward movement of the connecting rod. When the connecting rod moves downward, the toggle plate expands. The toggle plate on the right is supported on the supporting seat fixed with the draw bar while the toggle plate on the left is supported on the adjustable supporting seat (this seat can only move upward and downward), which is installed together with the supporting seat through special bolts. One end of spring is covered on the supporting seat and the other end is covered on the adjusting stud disk above the fixed sleeve.

從電動(dòng)機(jī)通過的此帶輪得到動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)偏心，帶動(dòng)邊桿向下推動(dòng)肘板壓縮彈簧，推動(dòng)拉桿向前帶動(dòng)床面；當(dāng)連桿向上時(shí)，利用彈簧張力，推動(dòng)床面向后運(yùn)動(dòng)，這樣運(yùn)動(dòng)連續(xù)起來，則旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)變?yōu)榭v向直線往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。

The belt pulley passing the motor is driven to rotate. It drives the connecting rod and pushes downward the toggle plate to press the spring, as well as pushes the draw bar to carry the table surface forward. When the connecting rod moves upward, it drives the table surface to move backward under the action of spring tension. By doing it, the motion becomes continuous. The rotary motion becomes longitudinal straight reciprocating motion.

沖程大小，扭轉(zhuǎn)特殊螺柱而獲得，整個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)都放在一個(gè)床頭箱殼中。

The stroke is obtained through the twisting of special stud. The whole mechanism is put in the shell of table box.

2、搖床的工作部份，是一個(gè)鋁合金制成的床面，其外形為不規(guī)則的四邊形。

2. The working part of shaking table is a table surface made of aluminum alloy. Its appearance is an irregular quadrangle.

床面的表面上漆灰，并噴黑色漆3-4次。過去的來復(fù)條改用刨槽，槽的排列與床面搖動(dòng)方向平行，靠近床面上的給礦端處的槽較短，越往下越長，它們的終點(diǎn)排列在離床面排礦端處距離為50毫米的對角線上。

Paint the outside of table surface with ash and spray black lacquer for 3 to 4 times. The original rifle bar can be replaced with dadoing. The dadoing is arranged in parallel with the shaking direction of table surface. The dadoing near the feeding end on the table surface is short. It become gradually long as the lower part of it becomes. Their finishing points are arranged on the diagonal 50mm away from the discharging end of table surface.

順著床面上邊緣，靠床頭箱一側(cè)的角上，有給料箱，與給料箱平列有水槽，均用有機(jī)玻璃制成，用以加給沖洗水。沖洗水通過槽底固定著可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的菱形膠閘塊流到床面上，改變菱形膠閘塊的角度的位置，可調(diào)節(jié)水量和水流的方向，此給料箱裝在床面的右角上故叫右式。

There is feeding box along the end of the table surface and next to the corner at the one side of the table box. A water tank is parallel to the feeding box. Both of them are made of organic glass and are used to add flushing water. The flushing water flows to the table surface through rotatable rhombus rubber brake block fixed at the bottom of tank, and change the position of the angle of the rhombus rubber brake block. The water flow and its direction can be adjusted. Such feeding box is installed in the right corner of the table surface, hence called right feeding box.

3、床面安裝在兩根鑄鐵橫梁上，串通橫梁固定著滑動(dòng)軸承上，而軸承固定在角鋼機(jī)架上。

3. The bed surface is installed on the two cast iron beams. The beams are fixed on the sliding bearings and the bearings are fixed on the angle iron frame.

床面在橫向有傾斜角度，它的傾斜角可由0度～10度，調(diào)節(jié)橫向角度的滑動(dòng)軸承，中間處手輪，手輪軸一端是螺桿，與具有弧形槽的螺母相配合，該螺母與固定在拉桿上的連相滑動(dòng)配合，當(dāng)手輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)螺母向一方移動(dòng)帶著連桿拉桿以及床面一起轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而實(shí)現(xiàn)。

There is inclination angle for the table surface horizontally which can be from 0° to 10°. Adjust the horizontal sliding bearing and hand wheel in the middle. At the one end of the hand wheel shaft which match the nut with arc groove. Such nut matches the connecting rod fixed on the draw bar. When the hand wheel turns to the direction of nut, it drives the rotation of connecting rod, draw bar, and table surface
